The company is seeking foreign participation to implement the project. Such a project will attract generous investment incentives under the GIPC Tourism Law LI 1817. The promoters did not state any initial investment cost for the project but can be discussed.

Sites all administered and managed by the Wildlife Division. The company has been awarded a 2 year renewable contract by the Ministry of Tourism & Diasporan Relations to manage and maintain four (4) of Ghana’s Heritage Tourist sites. These are : i) Assin Manso Reverential Gardens, Assin Praso Slave site, Tetteh Quashie Cocoa Farm- Mampong Akwapim, Ntonso Craft Village in Kwabre, Ashanti region. The sector in Ghana is to attract 1,000,000 local and international tourists by the end of December 2007. Company’s annual turnover is estimated at US$164,835.00

  Company Requirement

The promoters want any foreign equity participation or loan to raise an amount of US$ 154,000.00 to execute the project.

The Ministry of Tourism Diasporan Relations and other Governmental Agencies have undertaken some studies on the history and potentials of the sites. The project is NEW.
