Businesses who wish to be considered for these prestigious Awards are requested to submit the following at the GIPC Investment House Office (Gulf House Premises) Accra:
- One set each of three years of audited accounts for 2006, 2007 and 2008 in hard copy; and
- Documentation from the Internal Revenue Services, Value Added Tax Service(where applicable) and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) stating that the business is in good standing for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008.
The closing date for submission (1) and (2) is 3rd April 2009 at 5 p.m
