how to use Online forms

	Register (New Applications) A registered valid email address and password are required to access the online form. New applicants must register their valid email address and a password of their choice. Registration is only done once. The registered details can be used to access the online forms as many times as needed. Register your Email & Password

	Login (To access online forms) Type in your registered email address and password to log into the forms page. A password reminder is also available on this page. Log in To Forms Home

	Forms Home (Select Form & Read Instructions ) New Applicants - Read instructions and select form Returning applications - Proceed to complete form OR select new form

	Online Form The online forms consists of 3 sections each. You may move back and forth between the various sections of the form and fill the entries as you go along. You can change any entry at any time and save the change to the form.

	Save Form Entries & Exit (Return to complete later) You may save your entries (without submitting the form), at any time and exit the online forms section. You can return at any time, to complete the form.

	Submit Completed Form When you have completed the online form correctly and have reviewed al your entries, you can now submit the form to GIPC electronically. You will receive an email confirming your submission and stating the next steps in your application/registration procedure.

	What Next? An officer from the GIPC will be in touch with you via email concerning progress / comments / requests relating to your application / registration. You may also contact the GIPC at any time regarding your application.
